I didn't notice that you are a foreigner.
But, as I know, you are kind of half Korean. Right?
I wrote half Korean because you are a husband of a Korean lady.

Anyhow many strange English words are used in Korea.
Almost of them are from Japan.
This 'eye shopping' seems to stem from Japan.

Although I am not half korean, I was raised by a Korean nanny from the ages of 2-12. 친절한 유모 할머니 키워졌으니까 한국어 조금 하고 배가 도 한국음식 제일 소화잘됩니다.
